From vision to action
As a 4x founder, my work moves between the political and the economic: training women to lead and channelling global demand for ethical beauty into the hands of women’s cooperatives in Morocco and across the SWANA region.
My consulting work is rooted in the same belief: that principles of justice and equity, turned into practical frameworks, make organisations more effective, more honest, and more capable of lasting change.
I collaborate with UN agencies, philanthropic institutions, startup incubators and accelerators, venture capital funds and impact investors, and I serve as an advisor and board member to several global initiatives.

I use my platform and voice to spotlight the structural barriers women face worldwide, and to amplify stories that are too often overlooked.
Through digital advocacy, public speaking, and cross-border collaboration, I work to bring visibility to the people and ideas shaping a more equitable future.
My goal is to change how we talk about power and leadership, and to create space for women, especially young women, to lead, speak, and be heard.
